Jose-- You hit the nail on the head! This school has sooo much potential that's being wasted. There has been multiple changes with the leadership, resulting in a schizophrenic vision for the school. Thanks for having hope :).

It is even more unfair to give the students a teacher that has only a small knowledge of the subject area. If you can't find another job right away, I would hold onto it until my licensure came through or another job in my subject area came through. I HATE that they can do this to you. Don't let this discourage you in the teaching profession--maybe just charter schools. Maybe your principal will overrule the VP. ((((Big Hugs))))
